This painting is a part of my "People-Spaces" series. Started from mark-making gestures, it developed into a neo-cubist structure that constructs and dissects images and spaces.
This piece is mixed media (acrylic, oil, oil stick) on wood. It's style is related to Cubism, Orphism and early Constructivism (Malevich). It actually strangely resembles the "Partial Sun Eclipse" by Kasimir Malevich.
Main idea that shapes this work: If you want to understand the visible, you have to reveal the invisible that lives inside you.
This painting is sold, but the artist accepts comissions.
