ART 2022-2023
This series is dwelling on the role of memories in our lives. In the winter of 2020 the artist moved from Chicago to the Village of Oak Park. This sudden transition made the artist feel strange and uprooted and she started thinking about the role of memories in her life. She decided that cultivating memories was essential and that was probably the main condition for feeling "yourself".
The artist decided to start cultivating memories in the new place in order to create the feeling of belonging. The series "Head Full of Memories" is the expression of that process.
